Areas in which efforts have been directed include revamping the enrollment process to better assist those who are underemployed, unemployed, or pursuing mid-career retraining. With new client-relations management platforms in place, other areas of focus include bringing back faculty sabbaticals, increasing salaries, and reinstating a $40,000 faculty-focused professional development fund.
